Therapeutic Massage
This integrated session that uses several modalities of therapeutic massage to help bring the body towards healing and in the direction of pain free living.
Modalities used will be based on the individual needs of the client and may include any of the following: myofascial, neuromuscular, orthopedic, cupping, hot stones, therapeutic oils or energy work.

Relaxation Therapy
The moderate pressure Swedish style massage is designed to relax the tired muscles of the physical body while calming the mind and nourishing the spirit. Essential oils designed to enhance relaxation may be used during your service. (optional of course)

Raindrop Aromatherapy Treatment
This aromatic immune enhancing service combines the healing powers of 10 therapeutic grade essential oils and works with acupressure points along the feet and spine to bring you to a state of utter bliss and balance. The synergistic effects of this treatment last a week or more.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a precise, thorough examination and treatment of the body’s soft tissues using regionally oriented protocols that are taught in a step-by-step process. These time-tested, hands-on techniques are built upon a science-based foundation and guided by clinical evidence.

This energizing fast paced massage is designed to replenish and revitalize tired muscles by using a specific blend of therapeutic essential oils and sports massage techniques. Leave this treatment feeling anew. The perfect pre or post event treatment.

Craniosacral Therapy
Cranialsacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Medicupping
This therapy utilizes glass cups and a vacuum machine to create suction on the body surface. This suction can reach deep into the soft tissue or can work superficially to pull inflammation and toxins toward the surface so that the skin and lymphatic system can readily eliminate them. One of the most amazing aspects of this technique is the “separation” that the vacuum produces in tissue layers. This enables water absorption and renewed blood flow to undernourished and dehydrated tissue as well as the elimination of old waste and congestion.
